I was quite surprised on the level of customer service and the quality of hair! The original wig has a small cap and I was able to send it back and order a larger cap. The entire time they kept in contact with me while they were customizing my order!

Let me just say the hair is beautiful I bleached the knots I colored the wig i plucked it I straightened it and I curled it. And through the whole process I had no trouble with the wig I will be ordering more!!!!!
It dyed so well with minimal shedding. The hair is still thick and luxurious. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Money well spent!
